Each individual may hold only one BV998 account. Duplicate accounts — whether created intentionally or as a result of re-registration — will be closed. Any balance or bonuses associated with a duplicate account will be forfeited.

• You must provide accurate, current and complete information when registering. This includes your real name, date of birth and valid contact details.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. BV998 will not be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access due to your own failure to maintain security.

All BV998 accounts operate in Pakistani rupees (PKR). Deposits must be made from a payment method that is registered in your own name. BV998 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts or from payment sources that do not belong to you.

• Supported deposit methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit/credit cards and mobile wallets.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of each transaction within the platform.
• JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits typically process within minutes. Bank transfer timelines may vary depending on your bank.
• BV998 does not charge a deposit fee, though your payment provider may apply their own charges — this is outside BV998's control.
• Deposited funds are held in your BV998 account and may be used for betting and gaming on the platform. Funds not subject to active bonus wagering requirements may be withdrawn subject to the withdrawal terms below.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, where the method supports withdrawals. BV998 applies this policy to prevent money laundering and protect account holders.

• Withdrawals are processed in PKR. No currency conversion is applied by BV998.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed within the platform at the time of request.
• Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are fulfilled.
• Identity verification may be required before a withdrawal is approved. BV998 may request a copy of your CNIC or other documentation to confirm your identity.

• All bets are final once confirmed. BV998 does not accept requests to cancel or modify a bet after it has been placed and accepted by the system.

BV998 is committed to maintaining a fair and secure environment for all players. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, voiding of bets and forfeiture of funds:

• Exploiting software bugs, errors or vulnerabilities. Any such issues must be reported to support immediately.

BV998 monitors accounts and betting patterns for signs of prohibited conduct. Any account found to be in breach will be investigated and action taken at BV998's sole discretion, including permanent closure.

• BV998 does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

BV998 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

If your account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any bonus balance will be forfeited. Real-money deposits that are not subject to active bonus terms will be returned via your registered payment method following investigation, at BV998's discretion.

You may also choose to close your own account at any time by contacting support. If you close your account voluntarily and have a balance remaining, you will need to withdraw any eligible funds prior to closure or request a withdrawal at the time of the closure request.

BV998 provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While BV998 makes reasonable efforts to ensure continuous availability and accurate game outcomes, no guarantee is made regarding uninterrupted access.

• BV998 is not liable for losses arising from technical failures, interruptions or errors beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, payment processor downtime or third-party service disruptions.
• BV998 is not liable for losses arising from your own decisions in relation to betting or gaming, including chasing losses, exceeding your personal budget or continuing to play after a losing streak.
• BV998 does not guarantee winnings. All games and bets involve risk, and you may lose the full amount staked.
• In cases where a technical error results in an incorrect payout — whether too high or too low — BV998 reserves the right to correct the payout to the accurate amount. Winnings paid as a result of a system error are not considered final until confirmed.
